At Decororia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we offer a 30-day return policy.

  • Never used.

How to Start a Return

Please note that we will only accept returns if they are initiated with prior approval. Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how to return your items.

Return Guidelines

  • Products must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Items must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Restocking Fee

  • We do not charge any restocking fees for returned products.

Refund Processing Time

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive the returned product. So, refund processing time is 10 business days. The time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and Issues (Defective Products)

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us right away to address the issue.

  • For defective products, return shipping is free (GBP 0.00) and no restocking fee will be applied.

Customer Remorse

If you change your mind or order the wrong item, please contact us immediately. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, which will be based on the actual cost. The restocking fee for these returns is GBP 0.00.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged products. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at support@decororia.com. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the product and, once the return is accepted, make a new purchase.
